Hey team, it would be awesome if we could save answers as a PDF.Even better, if the save as PDF function allowed you to map variables to an existing PDF. DocuSign functionality

Currently, I can only access submissions in CSV, or an EXTREMELY limited column view in my dashboard. So, in addition to the current export as CSV option, it would be nice to have a similar UI to Google Forms for accessing results, where I can choose to browse through either individual responses, or aggregated responses (for multiple choice-type questions, for example). Ideally, this new UI would be upgraded with visual elements like graphs, pie-charts, columns, etc. to help visualize the data we receive through our forms. This feature can also be made "optional" for each form, since not all use-cases require such a solution.

Collect Partial Submission

When filling out the form with the Auto Submit Form option, the form does not fill out and the page remains loading. This happens all the time. I tried the simple way, with hcaptcha, password and url-prefill. Want to put my own company logo instead of opnform, don't get me wrong I'm a huge fan of this tool and want to give shoutout but often my clients are getting confused when they receive mail notification with opnform logo. Almost 90% of my client asked me where the are leads are coming from.

A matrix-like grid for selects would be nice as an input block.<img src="https://fb-usercontent.fra1.cdn.digitaloceanspaces.com/1704560803644.png">I know, selects and multi-selects are already implemented - but there need to be more ways to present them visually.Another tweak would be labels for each rating option. Star ratings are already possible and the min/max scale can be configured. But there is no way to show a label for each star rating option.

I often use password protection for my forms, and it would be fantastic if there was an option to remove OpnForm branding when this feature is enabled. This would provide a more customized and professional look for users who implement password protection on their forms.
