    Basically, it sounds like just email the form instead of public URL access, then 2. upon signing, add something like DocuSign/ContractHub like “OpnForm Verified Signature #6824466969”. Then in the back end of the data submitted, if you have time, please include the IP address from the doc signed as well as timestamp.

      Also to provide the OP’s “2. Document integrity”, after gathering the email to send the form for signature (via whatever way is easiest), then again email them the completed form/contract after each signature is placed in the form. This way, everyone has an original copy of the fully executed agreement, instead of just seeing the submissions table in the back end where it is fungible to any form field edits, and invisible to the user who signed, as it is now. So TLDR; email the form before signature, and again after signature with the “OpnForm Verified Signature #1234567 ; IP: 92.68.198.69”

      Yes I know OpenForm has a signature feature, however having complete ‘’Docusign’’ functionality (electronic signatures and agreement management)

      Have a look at Flexisign’s, Made by ‘MakeForms’ (https://flexisign.io) offering. this would be the closest to what you currently have but you can also expand upon it, as a ‘’Form SAAS /E-signing and agreement management’’

      I understand if this is not the direct vision for OpenForms however I think it would be a perfect addition to the current tool.

      Ps. If need be you could even do a second Appsumo run, for ‘’Openform 2.0’’ with electronic signatures and agreement management, I would fully support this if done properly.
