Additional Description Box(s)

When creating a form I would like to be able to have the ability to add additional boxes. For example, at the bottom near the submit form. I could add additional information. about privacy. I will include a picture so you can see an example of what I mean. But as it stands we do not have the ability to do this. It would be useful for multiple reasons. Please add this.
