🔎 Steps to Reproduce: 1️⃣ Go to a form and click 'Edit'.

2️⃣ Scroll down to 'Settings' > 'Submission Settings'.

3️⃣ Activate 'Re-fillable Form'.

4️⃣ Click the "Restart" button.

🗑️ Cleaner duplicated forms!

• When you duplicate a form, removed fields are now fully excluded, so your submissions page stays clutter-free. 🧹🚀

• Editing submissions now works properly, and CAPTCHA requirements for edits have been removed. No more unnecessary hurdles! 🔓

🔀 Smarter form duplication!

• Field IDs now randomize automatically when duplicating a form, ensuring privacy and preventing accidental form-linking across brands. 🔄🔐

You can now invite team members to your workspace with read-only access. This is perfect for situations where you need to share form data or insights without allowing edits—for example, giving stakeholders a clear view of submission results while keeping everything secure.

Say hello to seamless data collection! The new Barcode Scanner field lets you simplify tasks like inventory management, event check-ins, or product tracking directly within your forms. Whether you're scanning bar codes or traditional barcodes, this feature makes it quick and easy.

🛠 Improvements and Fixes

• Custom Validation Rules: Custom validation rules are now evaluated before default rules. For example, if you add custom rules to an email field, they will take priority over built-in validation.

• Integration Options: You can now choose to show or hide hidden fields when sending data to integrations like Slack or Discord.

• Field Logic Enhancements: Applying field logic is now easier! Copy logic from one field to multiple fields in just a few clicks.

We’ve added a new condition option to the form logic! You can now use regex to match or exclude specific patterns in your form data. This gives you even more control over how your forms behave and helps you create more customized user experiences. For example, you can ensure only valid email formats are accepted or filter responses based on custom patterns.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed issue with auto-incremented IDs in Google Sheets integration: IDs now display correctly in both OpnForm and Google Sheets.

• Corrected image block alignment: You can now align images to the center or right for a cleaner design.

• We have resolved an issue with the mention feature in the text editor. Mentions for form submission data in emails are now working as expected.
