You can now see which campaign or ad brought each submission to your form. Add supported UTM parameters or click IDs to your form URL, and OpnForm saves them automaticallyโseparately from the answers submitted by your respondents.
Campaign columns stay hidden by default to keep your submissions table focused. Show the parameters you need when reviewing or exporting submissions, then hide every URL parameter again in one click.
Embedded forms are covered too. Forms embedded with the OpnForm SDK automatically inherit supported campaign parameters from the parent page, while values explicitly included in the iframe URL take priority.

You can now display uploaded images and signatures directly inside OpnForm email notifications, so recipients can review visual submissions without opening every file in a separate tab.
Enable Display uploaded images inline in any email integration where Include submission data is turned on. Supported GIF, JPEG, and PNG files up to 6 MB each appear vertically in the email and remain clickable through their secure file links.
If an image is too large, unsupported, unavailable, or would make the email too large, the notification is still sent with a clear image icon and filename link instead. Other uploaded files now use the same readable filename treatment, so recipients no longer see a long OpnForm API URL.
Open a form and select Integrations.
Create or edit an Email Notification integration.
Turn on Include submission data.
Turn on Display uploaded images inline.
Save the integration.
The option is configured per email integration and disabled by default.
GIF, JPEG, and PNG files can be embedded up to 6 MB each.
Multiple images and signatures are displayed vertically.
Selected PDF attachments take priority if the email reaches its total attachment-size limit.
Images that cannot be embedded fall back to readable, secure filename links without blocking the email.
An embedded image remains in the recipient's mailbox after delivery, even if its external file link later expires.

You can now add an audio player directly to an OpnForm form. Upload an audio file or paste a direct audio URL, then let respondents play it without leaving the form.
Audio is useful for voice instructions, spoken questions, testimonials, lessons, and any form where listening gives people better context before they answer.
Open a form in the editor and add an Audio block.
Select the block, then open its settings.
Choose Upload to add an audio file, or URL to paste a direct audio link.
Publish the form: respondents can play, seek through, and mute the audio directly in the block.
The player fills the width of the block and follows the form's alignment and visual theme.
You can use MP3, WAV, OGG, M4A, AAC, or WebM audio files up to 5 MB.
Audio blocks are display-only: they do not collect a response and can be shown or hidden with form logic.

You can now choose how long links to uploaded files remain availableโbetween 24 hours and 30 days.
This gives your team enough time to process submissions that arrive outside office hours, without leaving file links open longer than necessary.
Workspace admins can choose 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days. The setting applies to new links shared in email notifications, CSV exports, webhooks, chat integrations, and Google Sheets.

You can now create PDF templates without uploading an existing PDF first.
From the PDF Templates page, click Add template and choose Create from scratch. OpnForm generates a clean PDF document based on your form, including the form title, field labels, required markers, and mapped answer zones.
Once the template is created, you can adjust it in the PDF editor: move and resize zones, use snap guides to align fields, add static text or images, preview the result, and customize the generated file name from Settings.
This makes PDF generation much easier when you want a simple document layout for quotes, requests, summaries, applications, contracts, or any form submission that needs a clean downloadable PDF.
Open a form.
Go to PDF Templates.
Click Add template.
Choose Create from scratch.
Edit the generated zones, then click Save Changes.
Use Preview to check the generated PDF output.

You can now control when integrations run based on submission data.
Each integration can have its own conditions, using the same kind of logic builder you already use in forms. Leave conditions empty to always run the integration, or add rules so it only triggers for matching submissions.
This helps you keep automations cleaner and send each submission to the right destination.
Add logic directly inside integration settings.
Run integrations only when conditions match.
Use form answers and computed values in conditions.
Keep different automation workflows separated by submission type.

OpnForm analytics now give you a better view of how people reach and complete your forms.
The Stats tab helps you track key form activity such as views, submissions, and partial submissions, with traffic breakdowns by source, device, browser, operating system, and country. It gives you a clearer picture of where respondents come from and how your forms perform.
