Save as PDF (with PDF mapping)

Hey team, it would be awesome if we could save answers as a PDF.

Even better, if the save as PDF function allowed you to map variables to an existing PDF. Another Appsumo offering (BoloForms Signature) does this well: https://appsumo.com/products/boloforms-signature

Basically we can map each field/variable any blanks (or anywhere we want, really) in a PDF.

That way the generated PDF is formatted nicely and can be emailed off.

To make this feature top-tier, include the generated PDF in the webhooks, and you have yourself a winner.

This feature (executed as I described) would be HUGE!
