Additional Description Box(s)

When creating a form I would like to be able to have the ability to add additional boxes. For example, at the bottom near the submit form. I could add additional information. about privacy. I will include a picture so you can see an example of what I mean. But as it stands we do not have the ability to do this. It would be useful for multiple reasons. Please add this.

Adding map field to select the GPS position and longitude of a location can be very useful. In some projects, GPS location is required to store the location of a building, house, etc. Having this feature can make an amazing difference compared to similar projects.

Custom Form Types

I've suggested previously "ability to validate form types and data inside that field", but I think what I'm trying to look for is customizable form types that way people can have the option to use their external APIs to validate if the answer is true or not true. The main question is "How do we implement this in the website?", and is being discussed via a thread on the Discord server because there's some limitations on here that don't allow me to post images and code, sorry!

Custom Styling Options: Provide users with the ability to customize the appearance of the repeating section, including colors, borders, and spacing. This would allow for better integration with different form designs and branding requirements. Rating input improvement: Custom icons / images for ratings

It would be nice to have different icons besides the star-rating for the number rating input. An improvement would be the availability of different icons or emoji. Even better: Ability to upload custom images / svgs or use icons from popular icon fonts.

Webhook Retry / Failed Event Retrigger Request

Event failed probably due to webhook not being available for couple of minutes but I'm missing option to retrigger. I've resubmitted it manually (edited original submission) but it added bunch of hidden fields to the submission so I think resent retrigger would normally be easier and would maintain correct created date/time.

Save as PDF (with PDF mapping)

Hey team, it would be awesome if we could save answers as a PDF. Even better, if the save as PDF function allowed you to map variables to an existing PDF. Another Appsumo offering (BoloForms Signature) does this well: https://appsumo.com/products/boloforms-signature Basically we can map each field/variable any blanks (or anywhere we want, really) in a PDF. That way the generated PDF is formatted nicely and can be emailed off. To make this feature top-tier, include the generated PDF in the webhooks, and you have yourself a winner. This feature (executed as I described) would be HUGE!

Better and/or more ways to access answers submitted through Opnform.

Currently, I can only access submissions in CSV, or an EXTREMELY limited column view in my dashboard. So, in addition to the current export as CSV option, it would be nice to have a similar UI to Google Forms for accessing results, where I can choose to browse through either individual responses, or aggregated responses (for multiple choice-type questions, for example). Ideally, this new UI would be upgraded with visual elements like graphs, pie-charts, columns, etc. to help visualize the data we receive through our forms. This feature can also be made "optional" for each form, since not all use-cases require such a solution.

Typeforms is beautiful, and it's almost a joy to fill out a form in Typeforms. I'd love to be able to create forms like that in OpnForm too! It would not only make OpnForms more suitable for e.g. inquiries, onboarding, or applications – but it would also boost the completion-rate of our forms.
