I come from the IT industry, and sometimes it feels like many businesses take advantage of the masses. Form solutions are a fundamental necessity, yet companies continue to charge for something that should be a basic offering. Instead, the real value should come from the additional features and enhancements provided—such as workflow automation, role-based access, multi-step processes, and save-and-resume functionality.
For example, in cases where a form requires a review step before proceeding, that’s where innovation and added value should come into play. However, many companies in the form/data industry seem to be charging for features that should be standard, without truly offering meaningful improvements.
In fact, with the right guidance, even a 5-year-old could create a well-structured form using a simple drag-and-drop interface. That just goes to show how basic this functionality is—yet companies are still monetizing it instead of focusing on real innovation.

While we don’t have this feature yet, we’re exploring ways to improve collaboration and automation within NoteForms. We’ll keep this in mind as we plan future updates.
