Describe the bug

Once a signature has been submitted, it can no longer be viewed under “Submissions.” Not found

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Fill form with signature

  2. Go to Submissions

  3. Click on Signature of submission

  4. See error

See the Submissioned Signature
