Scale questions

Feature Request

Is it possible to add questions to rate from 1 to 10, for instance? Right now, you can add them as options, but they are displayed vertically. It would be more usable to read the options horizontally.

Current example (link with screenshot): https://prnt.sc/3cj_hEZxjc7e

Desirable example: https://prnt.sc/NMkntddXGfzk

    Hi Miguel,

I was looking for the same thing and couldn't find a 'rating' or 'slider' block either.

It can be done with the number input and selecting 'rating' in the options panel on the right:

I think, the 'add block' interface could be improved and expanded with more options.

Even if some features can be achieved by configuring for example the 'number input' to be a rating - I think they should be added as a 'rating' directly to the add block interface despite being maybe redundant.
