Please enable the removal of decimal places on scoring

For some reason, decimal places have been added by default when you set up "Scores" under "Number Options". This is a non-standard question-scoring format. Whole numbers should be the default. Adding decimals should be an added option. I would like to request that this bug please be fixed, as I am unable to send this out to do user testing until I can remove the decimals because, not only does it look bizarre, but it is confusing for users when they read this. Once this is corrected I will pay for the upgrade to Pro, as this is important for the questionnaires my company needs to send out for user testing feedback. We wanted to use Notion forms to update our user feedback scoring tables in Notion.

      I am trying to create a question with a number selection from 1 to 10. I am asking people to rate a statement from 1 to 10 using a number scale. I have set this up under the question "Number Options" section. I selected "Scale/Score", then I selected "Min Scale Value = 1, Max Scale Value = 10, and Scale Step Value = 1. However, it returns a number with two decimal places (please see my attached screenshot). I was told by your customer service representative that this was a recent change which was made due to a customer request. However, when you implemented decimal places on number ranges, you defaulted the option to have decimal places instead of whole numbers. I do not want decimal places, I need whole numbers as you provided before. So I am asking if you can please put it back to the way it was before with whole numbers as the default, but then simply provide an option to add decimal places for number scales/scores if needed.
