Need Masks for data

It would be good if data like a phone number could have an automatic mask with Parenthisis and hyphens inserted as well as the hyphens in a social security number. At the moment it seem that the only data that can go in a Phone field is a line of numbers no text unless you go all text then you do not get the country codes.
