My "Text" headers keep deleting themselves

Bug

Every time i am editing my form, i have to make sure to copy the text i type from my text headers (textblock not editable by users)

The text keeps deleting itself and changing to “mention”

sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt, there is no real way to reproduce it
