More Pre-fill URL options

Feature Request

I want to create a pre-filled URL to a form with the same structure, but change rich texts, select input options, header & icon images to that specific URL. We use too much forms here, and maintanance on the already created ones is starting to become a bit of a hussle, so i want ways to personalize forms based on URL.

    I can see how managing multiple forms with similar structures can become difficult, especially when you need to personalize elements like rich text, select options, and header images for different use cases. Expanding pre fill URLs to support more of these elements makes sense from a maintenance and scalability perspective.
