More block types for the forms

I'm actually surprised on the few options for form blocks that are available at the moment, 11, is this right?

Could we include some of the following options:

• Ratings (1 to 5 starts, or other icons of the same effect)

• Likert Scale

• Like/Dislike

• Scale

• Matrix

• Calendar Integration

• Payment Integration

• Calculate

These are quite basic fields that I use all the time, any chance to get some of them implemented?
