Allow form edit by multiple users (internal remarks)

Feature Request

It would be useful to allow form edit by multiple users.

Scenario

  • Public User submits an application form

  • Internal Staff 1 reviews the application form. He/She needs to add internal remarks to the form submitted for approval / review

  • Internal Staff 2 reviews the internal remarks and add commentary to approve / reject the application request

  • For future, opening the same form can see the whole history for audit / recording

    Thanks for sharing this — the use case is very clear. Multi-user editing, internal remarks, and approval-style workflows would definitely make scenarios like application reviews or vacation requests much smoother.

    Thats exactly what I need. I tried out opnform for get rid of PDFs for our administration processes. For example for Vacation request and so on.
    But for that, I need a approval workflow
