Is there any way to inject variables into the form?

So say someone takes an action like you had a meeting and the client said yes to moving forward with the project, but you need to collect more information, maybe for onboarding.

Is there a way to have things like text, numbers, etc be imported dynamically so it makes working with templates easier?
